About our client
Our client is a provider of supply chain & logistics solutions in the following industries: consumer electronics, communications, retail and more. It is an international organization with different locations all over the world. For its E-business unit they are searching for a new colleague. The colleague will be part of the customer contact center team in Apeldoorn, but you can work from home.

Functie omschrijving

Your job!
As a Customer Contact Agent you will be the one handling all incoming and outgoing customer contact, using different media. You will be providing your customers with correct information and are responsible for registering the necessary information into the system. Your work day consists out following up on escalations, handling complaints and of order management by answering queries via chat, e-mail and phone. The question can relate to return request, order status and other basis information. You do not have to make direct sales or anything related to technical product information.

Important to know is that the working hours are from Monday till Friday between14:00 and 18:00. When they need covering during illness or days off you can be asked to also work de morning shifts from 09.00 till 13.00.

Functie eisen

Are you the one?
Do you have an mbo education level? Are you fluent in Danish and English and do you like to work from your own home? Do you have experience handling customer contact and have great communications skills? Moreover, you are able to work under pressure and have a pro-active work ethic. Then you are the person we are looking for!
